Terms of service
Please read my full terms of service before commissioning me.
By commissioning me you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
PAYMENT- Payment must be made upfront, through PayPal invoice and in EUR.
- If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only receive a full refund if it has yet to be started. Otherwise, your refund will be dependant on the amount of work completed.
There will be strictly no refunds once I have finished your commission.
- My base commission prices are for personal use. Commercial use can be discussed at an added fee. (more details on commercial usage further down)
TIMEFRAMES AND DEADLINES- Time spent on commissions varies. Most commissions will be complete in around one to two weeks and shouldn't usually exceed the 3 month mark depending on factors such as complexity of the commission, health, queue status, work etc. This window will start when I begin your project, not when you are given a slot!
- Please provide timely replies to my feedback requests to keep the commission on schedule.
- You may request one major revision during the sketch phase, and minor revisions when asked for feedback in later stages. Any revisions to the the final illustration will be charged a fee (unless I personally missed something/made a mistake).
Projects with a deadline may come with an added rush fee depending on the timeframe and should be discussed beforehand.
- I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I’ve made.
- I reserve the right to refuse any request I am not comfortable with.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE- By commissioning me you agree to crediting me when using my artwork (in twitch panels, twitter bios/tweets etc).
- I reserve all rights to post the finished artwork on my social media unless discussed otherwise (you may request I post it after a certain date).
- You may not use the art as goods to sell or profit commercially.
- You may not remove or alter any watermarks/signatures without my consent or knowledge. You may however crop or edit the art for personal layout purposes (icons, banners, etc.) as long as the original artwork is not edited. Credit must be provided.
- Any work for vtubers/streamers/youtubers pertaining to their online persona will automatically incur in a commercial fee.
- Commercial use is defined as but not limited to: stream assets, video assets, usage on stream schedules or event advertisements, thumbnails, merch, emotes, and anything else that is intended to generate revenue.

Prices listed are base prices for non commercial use. Price will increase depending on commission type, additional characters, complexity etc.PLEASE NOTE that you will need a fully colored reference of the character you're commissioning me to draw.

ADDITIONAL FEES- Complexity fee: complex poses, angles, detailed outfits, wings, interactions between characters.
OTHER INFORMATION- My commissions do not include backgrounds other than solid colors or gradients, except for full illustrations.
- I do not accept NSFW commissions at this time.
- I WILL NOT draw characters you do not own without the original owner’s consent (with an exception for public figures such as company vtubers and idols, on a case by case basis).
- I WILL NOT draw any glorification of violence, hate and extremism towards any specific person, group or community.
- I WILL NOT draw sexualized or suggestive imagery of underage characters.
